“From the moment my wife walked into the house she could see the quality and thought that had gone into planning and building the house. The layout of the house, the quality of the finish and the “feel” of the house was “right”. Our realtor knew the builder, Cory Martin, and we were able to work out a seamless deal that went through without a hitch. Throughout the process Cory was great, and we could not believe the difference between what we had experienced with the other local builder.
Our possession date was a month prior to our move and when we did not think we would have any contact with Cory after our arrival in Tennessee. We were so surprised when Cory offered to drive from Nashville and meet with us when we arrived in Winchester.
